Our reproductions are hand made in very limited editions. Therefore, they are not eligible for return or refund. The product description page contains full details of each item, including size, along with detailed images. If you require any further information before committing to a purchase, please contact us.

We are pleased to replace publications if they fail to arrive, or arrive damaged. Please send us a photograph of the damage along with your full contact details and we will be in touch to provide a replacement. Publications are sent using a tracked mail service; please contact us if an order fails to arrive.

Our shipping costs do not include any customs duties or import fees that might be payable in your destination country. Please settle these directly with the relevant customs authority.

Our purchase prices do not include shipping. We ship by tracked mail or by courier, depending on the item. Please see the individual product page for details.

Items in the Oculi Mundi shop are sold from the UK and therefore include UK VAT. If you are outside the UK, then the price will be net of VAT but you will need to pay any customs duties and import VAT to your local customs authorities upon delivery.
